Remove jitsi-generate-passwords.sh script
...
The playbook auto-generates these passwords, so there's no need
to ask people to do it manually.

* fix: add yaml missing document start "---"
* fix: *now really* allow this script to be run from any directory
* add about-note to examples/host.yml
