Slavi Pantaleev b1b4ba501f Replace ExecStop with ExecStopPost ...

ExecStopPost should allow us to clean up (docker kill + docker rm)
even if the ExecStart (docker run ..) command failed, and not just after
a graceful service stop was initiated.
