+# Tschunk
+
+## Ingredients
+
+- 1 Lime
+- 1 Tbl-Spoon of brown sugar
+- 250-400mL of Mate (depending on cup)
+- 1-2 Shots of white rum (optional)
+- Crushed ice
+
+## Assembly
+
+1. Cut lime into ~6-8 pieces. Add brown sugar
+
+2. Crush up so the lime looses some juice
+
+3. Add crushed ice until cup is 2/3 full
+
+4. Add rum if wanted
+
+5. Add mate, serve while cold

+# Pancakes
+
+## Ingredients
+
+- 1 Egg
+- 100g Flour
+- 200mL Milk
+- Salt
+- Oil (for baking)
+
+## How-To
+
+1. Mix egg and flour. Slowly add all milk whilst stirring
+
+2. Stir until everything becomes smooth. Add salt
+
+3. Preheat pan, add oil. Wait until pan is hot (test with drops of dough)
+
+4. Pour into pan until it covers ~2/3 of the surface, then tilt and pan the pan to distribute it over the whole surface
+
+5. Bake until one side becomes light-brown, then flip the pancake and bake again
+
+6. Repeat until dough is all used up
