## Ingredients

- 1 Lime
|
||
|
|
- 1 Tbl-Spoon of brown sugar
|
||
|
|
- 250-400mL of Mate (depending on cup)
|
||
|
|
- 1-2 Shots of white rum (optional)
|
||
|
|
- Crushed ice
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
## Assembly
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
1. Cut lime into ~6-8 pieces. Add brown sugar
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
2. Crush up so the lime looses some juice
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
3. Add crushed ice until cup is 2/3 full
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
4. Add rum if wanted
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
5. Add mate, serve while cold
|
