+# Indian Curry
+
+## Ingredients
+
+- Scallions
+- Potatoes
+- Broccoli
+- Cauliflower
+- Chickpeas
+- Garlic
+- Coconut milk
+- Curry
+- Basmati Rice + Kurkuma (for Color)
+- Peanutes (pre-salted is fine)
+
+## How-To
+
+1. Start by cooking the scallions and preboiling the potatoes
+
+2. Start to boil rice, add kurkuma to change the color
+
+3. Add broccoli, cauliflower and potatoes and cook them
+
+4. Add garlic, chickpeas and coconut-milk. Cook & boil until the curry gets thicker. Add curry to taste
+
+5. Serve curry with the rice and use salted peanuts as topping
+
