Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 100g Flour
  • 200mL Milk
  • Salt
  • Oil (for baking)

How-To

  1. Mix egg and flour. Slowly add all milk whilst stirring

  2. Stir until everything becomes smooth. Add salt

  3. Preheat pan, add oil. Wait until pan is hot (test with drops of dough)

  4. Pour into pan until it covers ~2/3 of the surface, then tilt and pan the pan to distribute it over the whole surface

  5. Bake until one side becomes light-brown, then flip the pancake and bake again

  6. Repeat until dough is all used up
