Indian Curry

Ingredients

  • Scallions
  • Potatoes
  • Carrots
  • Broccoli
  • Cauliflower
  • Chickpeas
  • Garlic
  • Coconut milk
  • Curry
  • Sprouts
  • Basmati Rice + Kurkuma (for Color)
  • Peanutes (pre-salted is fine)

How-To

  1. Start by cooking the scallions and preboiling the potatoes

  2. Start to boil rice, add kurkuma to change the color

  3. Add broccoli, cauliflower, carrot and potatoes and cook them

  4. Add garlic, chickpeas, sprouts and coconut-milk. Cook & boil until the curry gets thicker. Add curry to taste

  5. Serve curry with the rice and use salted peanuts as topping
